Do I have to pay per recruiter?▾
No — every HyreDocs plan is a flat monthly fee per agency. Each tier includes a recruiter cap (3 / 10 / unlimited). Add more recruiters by moving up a tier, not by paying per seat.
How does the 14-day trial work?▾
Sign up, get full access to your chosen tier for 14 days, no credit card needed. At day 14 we email you to confirm — pay then or keep using a limited free tier.
What's the real difference between Starter and Pro?▾
Starter is online forms only — perfect for capturing candidate intake, references, surveys and quick compliance checks. Pro adds the PDF templating + e-signature engine on top, so you can also send signed contracts, T&Cs, P45s and onboarding packs. Most agencies need both, which is why Pro is the bestseller.
Who is the Compliance tier really for?▾
Agencies placing into regulated industries: healthcare (DBS, CSCS), construction (CSCS, gas-safe), security (SIA), finance, etc. You get automatic Bullhorn Credentials-tab write-back, expiry reminders, multi-document credential requests, and unlimited everything else. If you have to evidence renewal cycles, this is your tier.
Can I switch plans later?▾
Yes — upgrade any time, prorated. Downgrade at the end of your current billing period. We never lock you in.
Does every plan include the Bullhorn integration?▾
Yes. The bi-directional field mapping, note write-back and embedded HyreDocs tab are included on every plan. Credentials-tab write-back is on the Compliance tier only.
How are sends counted?▾
One sent document or form = one send. Reminders, packet sub-documents and credential requests don't count separately.
